IN GOOD COMPANY

SHORT DOCUMENTARY, 2020

ROLE | DIRECTOR / PRODUCER

SYNOPSIS

In Good Company is a tale of passion, people, posters and a pandemic. This short documentary showcases the strength of creativity, colour and togetherness in a time of crisis, and the power of art in showing appreciation and thanks to our frontline and essential workers.

Laura is a creative thinker, designer and force to be reckoned with. She also runs In Good Company, an initiative set up to bring more art, fun and colour to our streets. So when a global pandemic hits who would you rather have in your corner to try brighten things up? Accompanied by an inspirational group of artists, creatives, designers and independent businesses we see the formation and evolution of Posters for People, a people-powered national poster campaign, created to say thank you to all the people who are keeping our nation's running in these hard times.

Originating in the empty streets of Leeds, UK, and soon spreading across the globe, In Good Company’s message of thanks and togetherness rings out, bringing a world in crisis a little more positivity and joy.
